How do I join a Jamm?

Scan the host’s QR code with your phone’s camera, or open Jamm and type the six-letter code. It works in Safari and Chrome. No download needed.

The camera won’t turn on

Your browser needs permission to use the camera. On iPhone, tap aA in Safari’s address bar, then Website Settings, then set Camera to Allow. On Android Chrome, tap the icon left of the address and allow Camera.

How do I save photos to my camera roll?

Open the roll and tap Save. In the browser this opens the share sheet. Pick Save Image (iPhone) or Download (Android).

I lost my Jamms after switching phones

If you added your email, sign in with it and everything comes back. If you joined as a guest without an email, your Jamms were tied to that browser. Ask your host for the code to rejoin.

Can I change the film after shooting?

The host can. Jamm keeps the original of every shot, so the whole roll can be re-developed in another film from the Jamm’s settings.

How do I make a recap video?

Recaps are made in the iPhone app by the host, from the roll’s menu.
